Hummus

Method
- Blend the chickpeas with a little water.
- Add the Tahin sauce, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and salt.
- Blend well and add a little oil to make the sauce smooth and homogenous.
- Place in a dish and add a drizzle of olive oil plus a pinch of ground cumin for decoration!
